Project & Financing

GAUCHO is a 100% indie development. Currently we do not have earnings so part of our salaries are spent on continuing development. We are from Argentina, and the situation is really complicated...

Our current goal is to reach $100 to pay for the Steam developer license and launch it.

Ey, muchas gracias!!

Is there a way for me to obtain the game without making a payment? I am currently searching for a good game, but there aren't many unique indie games available these days. I came across this particular game, liked it, but unfortunately, I don't have one dollar to purchase it. I am in a different country and am still 15 years old. If there's a method for me to acquire the game, please contact me!

Hey, hi there! Sorry, our offer just ended, we only put a symbolic value so that anyone interested in the game can help us in development. Now we've activated it again. The game can be played for free from the browser, and if you want, you can download it without paying.

Thank you so much for making the game free!

There's an issue: when I fight the demon priest and kill him, the mouse doesn't move anymore. It works in the main menu, but I can't use it to obtain the items that he drops, Could you help me with that?

Oops, sorry about that, and thanks for letting us know. It's an error that remained from the game, as we made it for a jam, these kinds of errors might come up. Currently, we're working to release a polished and final version, but it'll take some time.

Hi! Thanks for play.

This bug occurs on desktop or web version?

This is very nice!!! Love how it looks and  how it feels!!

Really thanks!!!

The game is nice, I think there should maybe be a visual indicator for when you can parry though. Might make hitting back easier though!  The style is really cool though so good luck :)

Hey, thank you very much!!!
It's true, we will keep that in mind for future updates.

Don't think the controls respond. I could start the game with a mouse click from the intro screen, but after that nothing works. Cannot skip the conversation, cannot move my player, nothing ... playing on Windows 11, Chrome, tried to click in and out of the window a few times, did not work.

Hello! That's a bit weird. We never had that issue.

Just in case, take a look at the video we uploaded, it's the tutorial. When you hit play, it should take you through a scene where they talk (we didn't have time for images) and from there, you'll go to the tutorial fight. He'll give you the items to equip, and then the combat begins. The controls are always on the interface. At the beginning, you can't do anything because you don't have any items.

Ahh my bad, I was expecting you could activate the Skip / Next with 1 and 2 because they are numbered, never came to my mind to click on them. Also wasn't clear to me you actually have to click on the gift. I was expecting having to walk towards it and then use an action button or something. So it's partly me being silly, but I think the explanation could be more clear as well.

Indeed, it should be clearer.
Thank you for the feedback, we'll fix that!
